Tammy Miller

Tammy has been vacationing in the NSB area since 2004.  With every visit, she fell in love with the area and knew she could bring her 20 years of experience in buying and renting properties in her home state of KY to the NSB area.  Along with her husband, Jon, they created Gone Coastal At NSB Realty.  Tammy enjoys working with the clients and creating an experience during their stay as memorable as possible.  Tammy’s goal for her clients is to have them start with a vacation stay then turn it into a forever stay, as she has chosen. 

Jon Miller

Jon is a Murray State University graduate with a bachelor’s degree with an area in accounting. He has thirty plus years of experience in financial accounting with a focus on commercial and residential real estate. Jon has bought, sold, flipped, and managed multiple properties throughout his career. He has been involved in hundreds of real estate closing transactions, residential and commercial. Jon is now focused on vacation rental in New Smyrna Beach. His marketing skills of vacation rentals include 3D virtual tours using Matterport technology and DJI drone footage. His marketing strategy involves VRBO, Airbnb, Facebook, Google ads, twitter, and personal connections.       

Dan St. George

Dan St. George the broker of the firm, He has served in the Airforce and knowleage has been in the local real estate business in New Smyrna Beach for over 30 years. His knowledge of the local market and the construction of homes has been a great asset to his customers throughout the years. He was also a rental manager of over 200 properties when he was a realtor and handling the day-to-day maintenance and coordinating all the rental operations. You’re in excellent hands with his years of knowledge.

Cindy

Cindy has worked in real estate since she was a young girl and is a local real estate agent who has lived over 20 years in the area and has had great success with vacation rentals from helping the customers choose the right property, knowing the correct zoning and what the potential of a rental can be depending on different factors.
